Dr. William (Bill) Anderson is medical director of the Compassus program serving Muskogee, Oklahoma. In his role, Anderson oversees the hospice care team and is responsible for providing quality medical care to Compassus patients, working with their physicians to develop care plans that meet their specific needs.

Prior to joining Compassus, Anderson gained 25 years of health care experience in family practice and serving as medical director of multiple nursing facilities. His involvement with hospice has spanned his professional career, including local and regional medical director roles.

Anderson is board certified in family practice. He received his undergraduate degree from Northeastern State University and completed his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Oklahoma College of Osteopathic Medicine, followed by a residency at Hillcrest Health Center.
