Debbie Martin is the managing clinical director of the Compassus programs serving Mountain Grove, West Plains and Lebanon, Mo. She started with the company in 2003 as case manager and was promoted to on-call registered nurse and director of clinical services before becoming managing clinical director.
In her current role, Martin manages the hospice care team in meeting the needs of patients and their families and oversees all patient care activities, including planning, staffing, monitoring and reporting, to ensure the delivery of the highest quality of care.
Martin began her nursing career at Mercy Hospital and subsequently held positions at Urology Surgical Associates, Springfield Urology Associates and Ferrell-Duncan Clinic in Springfield, Mo. She earned her nursing degree from St. John’s School of Nursing in Springfield, Mo.
