Carla Roberts is the executive director of the Compassus program serving Mountain Grove, Mo., and has been in this role since 2001. Dedicated to increasing access to quality end-of-life care for rural Missourians, Roberts has expanded the program’s footprint and opened two additional offices in the area.
With more than 24 years of leadership experience, Roberts oversees day-to-day operations of the program and leads the care team to deliver the highest quality hospice care to the communities the program serves. She also serves on the Missouri Hospice and Palliative Care Association Board of Directors and the Missouri Hospice Advisory Board.
Prior to joining Compassus, Roberts served as the district manager for Missouri Home Care – West Plains. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology and criminal justice from Drury University in Springfield, Mo.
