Dr. Stuart LeBas is medical director for the Compassus program serving Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He practices pulmonary and critical care medicine, and also serves as a Tele-ICU medical director for a network of regional hospitals.

LeBas previously served as vice president of medical affairs for a long-term acute care hospital system and managing partner of The Intensivist Group. He also founded a prototype mobile app to allow patient and physician EHR interaction.

LeBas completed his medical degree, internship, internal medicine residency, and fellowships in pulmonary medicine and critical care medicine at Louisiana State University School of Medicine. He is board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary disease and critical care medicine.
